Kirk Monson, partner of MVP Visual Media Solutions, is an award-winning video professional with more than 20 years in video production. His portfolio includes thousands of TV spots, corporate videos, business seminars, documentaries and other visual projects.

His talents are a perfect blend of artistic ability and technology: Kirk spent three years studying fine art at the University of Northern Iowa before switching his major to broadcast, focusing on production.

Kirk enjoys being behind the camera, always looking for the exceptional angle and capturing the subject in a natural yet distinct manner. As clients begin to describe what they need and want, Kirk begins to build a visual image in his imagination. He develops a plan for light, shadows, textures and colors. He has an expert eye, always looking for the perfect way to tell a story visually. In this way, composition is as artistic as it is technical.

An unvarying perfectionist in the editing suite, Kirk is proficient at making sure the production is impeccable, down to the very last detail. Kirk is a visual storyteller, putting together images in a way that not only makes sense, but also convey emotion and lead the intended end customer to the desired result.
